TFP Faded... (Epilogue: I see you...)
Lauren walked burst into the medical bay, but was not immediately noticed, as Rachet, Marx, and Optimus were in the middle of a very serious conversation...
"That would be appreciated, Marx." Optimus went on, "You have been most welcoming, and I look forward to working with your leaders and yourself."
"Likewise, I have to ask-is there anyone I could speak to in regards to handling... your exposure to the public?" Marx asked.
Rachet nodded, "Agent Fowler was our liaison in out home-reality, I'm certain he could help with... cover stories."
"I certainly hope so," Marx sighed, "It is only a matter of time before the video phones end up posting all about your little secret."
Lauren walked forward, "I can help too, not to mention Raphael's unique skill set."
"Lauren is most correct, Raphael spent time scrubbing the internet of our presence before," Rachet confirmed. "Wait, Lauren! I said to stay put, you can't be running about with cybertronians, in your condition!"
"What condition?" Lauren

Lauren was stuck wondering about how this would affect the way Optimus sees her... would he think she was weak, and could no longer be with the autobots? Would he want to send her home for her own safety? She would not let that happen. "Primus, I wish you'd have warned me about this one..."
"What?" Thomas asked.
"Oh-nothing... just muttering to myself-being blind is a bit... scary."
"Perhaps you medic will find a way to make those synthetic eyes functional," Thomas said, with a calm, and comforting tone.
Lauren grinned, "Yep, if anyone can do it-it's Rachet."
"How long have you known the autobots?" Thomas asked.
She laughed, "Oh, that's-that's very complicated."
"Do tell, Angel," Thomas replied.
"How 'bout I tell you when I have a few hours to explain everything, no offense, but I don't want to have to go through another Q & A, my head is killing me," Lauren mumbled.
"Understandable," said Thomas, "I believe they went this wa-"
"Lauren, we thought you were dead!"

Optimus heard his name being called...
"Optimus, can you hear me?!"
Optimus lifted his head off the earth, and looked groggily to see Rachet running to his aid, "Ra-chet?" The Prime looked at his right hands, and saw Lauren still there-dying. He felt her pain, he knew what was happening.
Rachet appeared over him, and began scanning, "Optimus, you've been exposed to--"
Before Rachet could finish, Optimus lifted Lauren up to him, "Rachet-save her!"
"By the allspark..." Rachet took the human into both hands, "What did she do?! This is dark energon!"
Optimus, with hope refilling him, managed to stand on two shaking legs, "She stopped a Z94 Star Screen by diving into the power source, and draining it from within... the power source was dark energon, Rachet."
"Dear Primus, she isn't breathing, can you transform?" asked Rachet.
"Let us hope, I will contact Wheeljack and request a landing," Optimus said, transforming.
Rachet transformed, and buckled Lauren in, "Ugh... I can feel the

No-this can't be happening! Optimus shouted within.
"Optimus, what sort of trick is this?!" demanded Megatron.
"It is no trick, Megatron..." Optimus had to think quickly, some sort of misdirection to make certain Megatron would not know Lauren's darker side. He turned to Megatron, and whispered, "Humans are the very spawn of Unicron's being, it is possible that this comes from over-exposure to dark energon, unlike Raphael's... experience with it."
"Optimus, are you saying that this would simply happen to any human tossed into a vat of... dark energon?" Megatron asked, unamused.
"Possibly, it has never been tested... until now," Optimus muttered. "Lauren would stop at nothing to halt your evil plans of destruction."
Megatron grinned, "What marvels could come of this development... if a human can be controlled in this state."
Optimus glared, "You tread on unsteady ground, Megatron."
Megatron and Optimus grunted, with the rising of severe pain in their structures.

Lauren ran down the hall, scanning the vicinity, then scurried back, "We're clear!"
The frontal guards stepped out, followed by the country's leaders, and behind them were more guards.
"Keep going, yank," ordered the captain of the guard.
Lauren nodded, taking a bit of offense at the clearly derogatory term 'yank'. She didn't even like the Yankees... she like the Rangers. Lauren had been scouting ahead, and taking point in an attempt to evacuate the palace into the bunker... she couldn't help but fear what would happen if the queen, and the prime minister were taken hostage. With her head in the air, she ran too fast into a trio of Mech soldiers. "Meep!" She dodged two tethers, then grabbed the third, and yanked the guy into her left shoe, then jumped forward, and shocked the other two, as they collapsed, she blinked, "Hm... I'm getting rather good at this. We're clear again!"
Optimus was forced to transform, and protect a number of humans trying to escape decepticon fire. It was diffi

Marx rushed in with a team of soldiers, who were making sure that the scientist was dead, but he walked to Lauren, and looked her over, "Are you alright?"
Lauren, from her place on the ground looked up at him, "Y-yeah... I just-kind of saw my life go by really quick. Thank you so much." She was holding pressure on the wound.
He nodded, "Looks like he put one in your right shoulder."
Lauren chuckled, standing up, and removing her hand, "Yeah, but it's nothing, I've been through worse."
Marx eyes her, "The more I see and hear out of you, the more I see a soldier rather than a child. Has America taken to putting there children into training camps?"
Lauren blinked, "No. No-no-no-no, I'm different then most kids, for a number of reasons, but you could say I'm almost like a soldier. On that note, I think I can help you with your Mech problem."
"Can you answer me something else?" Marx inquired.
Lauren shrugged, "Shoot."
"Why is there a large flying ship over london?"
Lauren's jaw dropped, "Sh

As Knockout drove around to scout the perimeter, Lauren kept shaking her head, "The flags are up, do you have any IDEA what that MEANS?!"
"The Queen is there! By Primus, this is like you asking me to break into the Whitehouse!" Lauren growled.
"Tough luck for you then, huh?"
Lauren groaned, "I can already see it, this is gonna end badly."
"Well, if you don't like your family--"
"I didn't say I couldn't... do it." Lauren grumbled, There is no way I can do this.
Knockout pulled into an alley, "I've already done the first part for you... jeez-humans-so lazy."
Lauren gaped, "You're one to talk."
"Just go down into the sewer system, there's an entrance right in front of me, from there, head straight fifty meters, turn left, go another thirty meters, turn left again, and there will be a ladder leaving to an entrance to the lower levels of the palace."
"Which is gonna be sealed off," muttered Lauren.
"Did you read the specifics on those gauntlets?" muttered Knockout.
